Diagnostic fortnight
Two days on-site, followed by eight days of analysis. We produce the diagnostic report and present it to the sponsoring executive before the wider team sees it. Honest findings, no softening.
Most leadership programmes hand you frameworks and send you home. We sit inside your real decisions, with your real team, over twelve weeks, until the change sticks. Based in Wales, working with senior leaders across the UK and Europe.
Request a diagnostic callA two-day diagnostic precedes every engagement. We observe your leadership team in live meetings, review decision logs from the past quarter, and interview eight to twelve stakeholders one-on-one. The output is a candid 15-page report, not a slide deck of generalities.
This step costs nothing extra. It is built into every programme fee because training without diagnosis is guesswork, and guesswork wastes your budget.
Each programme is twelve weeks. Some clients extend to twenty. Scroll through the five phases below.

We agree on three to five leadership behaviours to target. Not twenty. Trying to fix everything at once is why most programmes fail. We pick the behaviours that, if changed, would shift the team's output most visibly.
Fortnightly half-day sessions with the leadership group. These are not lectures. Participants rehearse real upcoming conversations: a difficult restructuring announcement, a board challenge, a conflict with a peer. We coach in the room.
Each participant gets four one-hour coaching calls across the programme. These happen between group sessions and focus on whatever that person is struggling with right now, not a pre-set curriculum.
We re-interview the same stakeholders from the diagnostic. The comparison report shows what shifted and what did not. Clients keep this document; it becomes the baseline for any future work.
These numbers come from close-out reports across seven engagements completed between 2023 and 2025. Each metric is drawn from stakeholder interviews, not self-assessment.
| Metric | Before programme | After programme |
|---|---|---|
| Stakeholder-rated decision clarity | 4.1 / 10 | 7.6 / 10 |
| Average time from proposal to board decision | 34 days | 17 days |
| Direct reports who say "I know what my leader expects" | 38% | 79% |
| Senior team voluntary turnover (annualised) | 22% | 9% |
| Peer-rated conflict resolution capability | 3.8 / 10 | 7.1 / 10 |
Between four and fourteen people. Below four, the group dynamics are too thin to practise with. Above fourteen, the sessions lose intensity and individual coaching time gets squeezed. If your team is larger, we split into two cohorts running in parallel.
The diagnostic must be in person. Group sessions work best face-to-face, but we have run hybrid formats for teams spread across multiple countries. Individual coaching calls are always remote. We will tell you honestly during scoping if a fully remote format would weaken the outcome for your specific situation.
Fees range from £28,000 to £55,000 depending on team size, location, and whether you need the extended twenty-week format. The diagnostic is included. Travel and accommodation within mainland UK are included. We quote a fixed fee after the scoping call so there are no surprises.
No. Single-day events rarely produce lasting change in leadership behaviour. If you need a speaker for a conference, we can recommend colleagues who do that well. Our work requires commitment from both sides over weeks, not hours.
Two senior facilitators run every programme. Both have held C-suite or board-level roles themselves. We do not use junior associates or subcontractors. The people you meet on the scoping call are the people in the room on day one.
A diagnostic call takes thirty minutes. We will ask about your team, your timeline, and the specific leadership behaviour you want to shift. If we think we are the wrong fit, we will say so.
